WINE

Since old times the vine has been cultivated on the Mediterranean shores. Until the middle of the twentieth century the wine formed integral part of the food. The problem of alcoholism, its politization and its mediatization contributed to an evolution in the way of consumption. The wine became a product of cultural character and initiation to oenology has known an interest which does not cease growing.
