At Gina's table you can taste both traditional dishes and Gina's own creations inspired by the gifts of the seasons :
autumn fruits, truffles in winter, strawberries in summer and spring fresh green vegetables.


The richness and quality of the local produce have made the markets of Provence and the wines of the Côtes du Rhône justly famous.

If you are passionate about provençal food, you can join one of Gina's cooking courses. Gina's style fuses the classic with the modern. Her method is to use all the riches the south has to offer but always to respect the environment. She only uses food that's in season, sourcing it from the best local producers. The climax of the course is when everyone sits round the long kitchen table to taste what they've cooked.


Many of Gina's friends own vineyards. The grapes they grow produce some of the great variety of the wines of the appellation Côtes du Rhône. Gina offers you the chance to learn about these wines, many of them natural. She will take you to the vineyards and to the wine cellars. You can talk to the owners and taste the wines.
