Her method is to use all the riches the south has to offer but always to respect the environment. She only uses food that's in season, sourcing it from the best local producers. The climax of the course is when everyone sits round the long kitchen table to taste what they've cooked.

Many of Gina's friends own vineyards. The grapes they grow produce some of the great variety of the wines of the appellation Côtes du Rhône. Gina offers you the chance to learn about these wines, many of them natural. She will take you to the vineyards and to the wine cellars. You can talk to the owners and taste the wines.
